Foster Koopmann: Ofcourse it won't make you have health problems, but a little exercise is supposed to relieve your stressfulness too... A little jogging, punching bags, lifting weights and such... Supposidly bruce lee worked on his abs all day long, while watching television.. You could try some leg lifts while you're watching tv, maybe some crunches... get the blood flowings and then you can be healthy and enjoy your tv =]
Floy Fague: if u watch a lot of tv u tend to forget things easily. overall i watch the same amount as u XD
