The Supreme Court ruled that under the 14th and 1st Amendments that corporations are people. Should they be?

Bob Pucella: Not just corporations. Corporations, unions, lobbyists, and other 'groups' should not be considered as the 'people.' This ruling basically let large groups, corporations, unions and lobbyist bribe the government.

Leora Klingelhoets: How else are you going to hold them responsible under the law? As far as political contributions go, unions have been purchasing politicians for decades. If you bar corporations, make it fair and bar unions. All or nothing.
