Cherry Stampka: I would go with some shorter native plants. No watering- no replanting. They look great, are good for butterflies/bees/hummingbirds, and are VERY low maintenance. I have lots of suggestions for plants if you need some!

As a result, l would *like* (could be wrong... ;) to think that I have a bit of an edge on this...You don't sound as if you mean any harm and I'm sure you're communicating with him. Would it be a stretch for me to suggest that, for a brief moment, you put yourself in his shoes? You see, it sounds to *me* as if their family is under a great deal of stress and I imagine the man making all the noise is working hard all day and maybe that's why he's doing all of his work in the later hours? He sounds as if he has issues all around, what with a grandbaby on the way, etc. I wonder, does his "doing up" his place have anything to do with making room for their family's newest a! ddition? I'm assuming that may be the case. Surely at their daughter's age, they have intentions of helping her out? After all, they haven't shipped her out to a convent and you know that she's pregnant...Would you or, if you're a female, your version of a handyman, feel comfortable going over with a hammer in your hand and asking him if he needs help? This can make the job go by faster, you'll have an inside edge ("Hey, Buddy, what say we cut out early and go grab a brew? You were correct in finding out first if this new insurance would cover your therapist/doctor as this is usually what everyone would do in the event of new insurance. Most insurance have a section with stipulations concerning mental health, drug detoxification program, etc. Some insurance will cover a certain number of visits, but it must be referred by your primary physician (your family doctor) and a form submitted to the insurance and approved before you can begin treatment.That's why I have a health spending account where I set aside a certain amount for the year, deducted from my paycheck for money I can use in the event that insurance does not cover c! ertain items (dentistry: porcelain crowns) and when they don't cover e! nough.Blue Cross and Blue Shield used to be a great major medical, but due to more HMO's out there (most companies do not want to pay for major medicals anymore), there a usually a string of stipulations that come with using these insurance. Since you in good faith placed a claim based on what they told you, I feel that they should cover your bills up to when you were told otherwise. I suspect it varies from category to category depending on how popular the category is.
