Maurice Breuning: I don't agree with Marisol's answer, I think it depends on what kind of gathering you wish to have and what you intend to do to keep your guests suitably entertained.Once many moons ago I held a gathering in an apt of 625 sq ft with 23 people.Ground floor apt, television was removed to the closet, stereo was placed on a high shelf in the living room coffee table and lawn chair's were removed to the patio making sure that the sofa and matching love seat were moved as close to the walls as possible chairs for inside and a card table left in the closet just in case some guests might want tp play a game of cribbage or spades. At that moment in time I had a single bed and that was placed against the wall and covered with pillows should anyone have wanted to use the bed as a lounging place. At 10:p.M I passed the word around too all who were there that if they were going to be outside on the patio to keep conversations in a normal volume. The little 48inch breakf! ast table I had was used to serve snacks, ice chest on the patio was filled with beverages as well as the refrigeratorSo id say that if you just looking to have some people over just to relax and have a chance to talk and chat with out any overly exciting games or video viewing you might be able to accomplish the same thing in your apt....Show more
